Our investors and delivery partners have funded a growth round of twenty people. The first ten mandates are live and close on 30 November 2026. They span the whole firm: strategy, engineering, the research group, European programmes, data and commercial.

Process

Five stages, about four weeks.

We run one European process for every role. Each stage has a named owner and a committed turnaround, and you hear from a person at every step whether the answer is yes or no.

Screening

A reviewer from the practice reads every application. Acknowledgement within two working days, decision within five.

Technical conversation

Sixty to ninety minutes with two practitioners on work you have actually done. No puzzles, no timed tests.

Practice session

A real problem from a live or recent mandate, discussed openly. For research roles this includes a seminar to the group.

Offer and clearance

Partner conversation, references, then export-control and end-use screening before the contract is issued.

Eligibility

One process, clearly stated.

Acentrium hires into European entities. You need the right to work in the EU/EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom at the point of hire, or to be eligible for an EU Blue Card that we sponsor.

A change from our previous approach. We have retired the separate language-based recruitment tracks we used to run. Everyone now applies through the same European process and is assessed on qualifications, right to work and clearance. Our energy-infrastructure and research mandates sit under EU and German export-control and sanctions rules, which limit where we can post people and which end uses we can support. Every offer is subject to that screening, and some jurisdictions are outside what we can currently staff.

We assess candidates on merit. We do not ask for a photograph, date of birth, marital status or nationality in the application form, and we do not use automated scoring to reject anyone. If you need an adjustment at any stage, tell us in the form or write to careers@acentrium.io and we will arrange it.

Applications are processed under GDPR on the basis of your consent and steps taken before entering a contract. Data is held for twelve months unless you ask us to remove it sooner, which you can do at any time by writing to the same address.
