Privacy notice

What this website collects

The site is served as static files from Cloudflare. Standard request logs, including IP address and user agent, are processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking, and the site sets no analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request and the IP address that made it.

Applications

When you send an application we process the information in the form, any document you attach and the correspondence that follows. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken before entering a contract under Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR, and Section 26 BDSG for the employment context. We keep applications for twelve months from the final decision unless you ask us to remove them sooner. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to assess candidates.

Screening

Before an offer is issued we carry out export-control, sanctions and end-use screening as required by EU and German law. This is a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. We will tell you what is checked before that step begins.

Who sees your data

Reviewers in the relevant practice and our recruitment team. Our hosting and storage providers process data on our instructions under Article 28 GDPR. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out beforehand. Write to info@acentrium.io. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, for Frankfurt the Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
